Do you have some old treasures, need to let go, downsize your collections in your home? We can help. Consignment is a great way to help and Estate Sales can help with downsizing those items that haven’t been used in a while or the recent loss of a loved one. We would be happy to help. Consignment: We want to help you earn money from old items you no longer want. Downsizing has never been so attractive or easy! We don’t have limits on the number of items we accept — but we only accept pre-owned items in good condition. Contact us for more details about our selling policy and start earning today! Our rates are competitive at a 60/40 rate.
Estate Sales: There is sometimes a misconception about estate sales. They are not only for the passing of a loved one, but also for those who just want to downsize, relocate or just want to make some long awaited space in their homes.
Looking for that particular item? We will do our best to find it for you. Our contract rates are affordable. Typical estate under $10k net sales is 60/40 percent, over $10k is 70/30 percent, plus a nominal fee. Send us an email or sign up below.
We offer a variety of collectibles, especially mid-century housewares, depression glass, Asian and Russian art, books, furniture and antiques. We also offer consignment and estate sales.
We are also proud to exhibit some puppets and achievements of former Oakland Children’s Fairyland World Famous Master Puppeteer Lewis Mahlmann.
Parking available under 580 freeway one block away from the Grand Lake theater and the AC Transit Line 57 stops very near to us on Santa Clara Avenue.
